How do I place an order?

Shopping at RingLizard is fast, easy and secure! Select the items you would like to purchase, identify the size and click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase into your cart, begin the check-out process. Once your order is completed you will receive an email with your order confirmation and once your order is shipped out, you will received a tracking number so you may track your order.

What form of payments do you accept?

RingLizard accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus and Paypal  as a form of payment.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free standard ground shipping for all orders within the United States, as well as paid international shipping via USPS First Class International Mail. We also offer additional expedited shipping methods at an extra cost. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the United States is handled via USPS/UPS and takes on average 3-5 business days after processing.

International shipping is handled via USPS First Class International and takes anywhere from 14-21 business days.

Due to recent political turmoils, the USPS is experiencing longer than usual delays beyond RingLizard's control. You may contact your local post office to inquire how this may or may not affect you and your area. 

How quickly will you ship my order?

All orders received before 2:00pm PST Monday - Friday are processed the same day where available and verified payment. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends are processed the following business day.

Expedited and Next Day order on a Friday after 11:30AM (PST) will be processed and shipped the next following day (Monday).

I am thinking about returning item, how do I get a return shipping label?

Our easy to return policies allows you to directly return ship from your end:

1)      Visit your local post office and mail back to us in a padded envelope or small box. Returned items must be free of use, blemishes, scratches, scuffs, damaged finishes and other visual deformation that would prevent the resale of this item.

2)     That's it, you're done!

Please note: Returns are only accepted within 14 days after the order’s delivery date.

What will my personal information be used for?

When you register we collect your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. This information is used to respond to customer inquiries, contact you (if necessary), and, if you wish, send you emails about sales, promotions, and other special events within the RingLizards Brand & Community.
